How It Works
Submit
Bring or courier your instrument to our lab at 18 Boon Lay Way #04-93 Tradehub 21. Include purchase order or calibration request form.
Inspect
We inspect the instrument for physical damage and verify it is functioning correctly before proceeding to calibration.
Calibrate
Calibration performed against certified reference standards traceable to SI units using our accredited procedures (LA-2023-0845-C).
Report
Calibration data reviewed and certificate generated with full measurement results, expanded uncertainties, and traceability chain.
Certificate
SAC-SINGLAS accredited calibration certificate issued and calibration sticker applied. Instrument returned to you.

How long does calibration take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days. Express service (2–3 working days) is available for most instruments at additional cost.
Are your certificates accepted by Singapore government agencies?
Yes. Our SAC-SINGLAS accredited certificates are accepted by MOM, NEA, BCA, HSA, and other Singapore government agencies. They are also internationally recognised through ILAC MRA.
Do you offer on-site calibration?
Yes, we offer on-site calibration for instruments that cannot be removed from service. Contact us at +65 6659 8878 to discuss your requirements and schedule.
What if my instrument is out of tolerance?
We will notify you before any adjustments are made. Where possible, we can adjust and re-calibrate on the same visit at no extra charge.
