Cal AvailableThe PDQ400 is a waterproof pocket digital thermometer designed specifically for use in commercial dishwashers. It features a thin tip probe measuring 1.5mm for fast measurement response. The device measures temperatures from -20 to +200°C or -4 to +400°F with accuracy of ±0.5°C or ±1°F.
Key capabilities include a handy data hold feature that freezes readings on screen for note-taking. The thermometer has a slim profile that fits flat in a pocket and includes a protective case for safe storage and transportation. Response time is under 6 seconds, with a sampling time of 1.5 seconds.
The unit withstands constant use in wet or humid conditions and includes BioCote anti-microbial protection. Features auto power-off functionality and maximum temperature hold capability. The thermometer is field calibratable and conforms to NSF standards. It comes with a five-year limited warranty and conforms to EU Regulation 1935/2004 regarding food contact materials.
