Fluke 789 ProcessMeter

The Fluke 789 ProcessMeter doubles your troubleshooting power by combining a full-featured loop calibrator with a CAT III 1000 V CAT IV 600 V safety rated digital multimeter and wireless Fluke Connect connectivity capabilities with optional IR3000FC module.

Features include a large dual display with two levels of backlighting, externally accessible fuse and batteries for easy replacement, and built-in selectable 250-ohm HART resistor. The device includes a built-in 24-Volt loop supply, reducing the need for separate power supplies during offline transmitter testing. Wireless data logging capabilities via Fluke Connect mobile app allow remote data review.

The 789 provides standard DMM capabilities including frequency measurement to 20 kHz, Min/Max/Average/Hold/Relative modes, diode test and continuity beeper. It measures and simulates 4-20 mA signals, measures resistance, provides loop power, and includes SpanCheck with 0% and 100% buttons for toggling between 4 and 20 mA sourcing. Display shows simultaneous mA and percentage of scale readings. Delivers 1200-ohm drive capability on mA source with 0.1% DC voltage accuracy and 0.05% DC current accuracy. Features manual step (100%, 25%, Coarse, Fine) plus auto step and auto ramp functionality.
